These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the agreement between Brokerage Insight (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and our clients (“you” or “your”) for the provision of recruitment services to real estate brokerages.

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice, as specified in your individual agreement. Upon termination, you agree to pay any outstanding fees and expenses owed to us.

We retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in our services, materials, and methodologies. You agree not to reproduce, modify, or distribute our materials without our prior written consent.
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
In no event will we be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, loss of data, or computer failure) arising out of or in connection with our services. Our liability for damages will be limited to the amount of fees paid by you to us in the preceding 12 months.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved through Stripe’s dispute resolution process, in accordance with the Stripe Terms of Service.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral. These Terms may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
